In production since 1989, the monthly public affairs program spotlights issues, events and perspectives throughout Southern California’s San Bernardino and Riverside counties (a.k.a. the “Inland Empire“), a metropolitan region totaling more than 27,000 square miles with an estimated 4.7 million people.
The current version of the award-winning show is hosted by David Brady, a former Los Angeles Times reporter and IE native.
IEMG programs air multiple times per month on San Bernardino cable providers Spectrum and Frontier (Channels 3, 17 and 32) and AT&T U-verse (Channel 99 under San Bernardino). Interviews also stream on IEMG’s YouTube channel and the TV3 and Regional Channel pages within sanbernardino.cablecast.tv.
Inland Empire Alive! tapes interviews each month at IEMG’s studio in downtown San Bernardino for future broadcast. Episodes are 30 or 60 minutes, with interviews averaging 15-20 minutes depending on the number of guests per show.
IEMG is a PEG (Public, Education and Government) program managed from the City of San Bernardino’s City Manager’s Office focusing on the creation of locally originated programming and coverage of community sponsored events.
